ABOUT

Kia ora,

I’m Noel Galloway the owner/operator of Pristine Arb. I started Pristine Arb in 2017 with the goal of providing premium quality tree care, while endeavouring to keep the trees healthy and safe for the people who own them.

Pristine Arb has established and grown steadily in reputation by word of mouth, keeping myself and my crew busy with a wide range of work over the years. We have vast climbing experience and take pride in quality fine pruning and manual tree care. I pride myself on been able to assess and provide expert advice alongside quality tree services. My team have reputable experience, a valuable foundation of knowledge, and a varied skill set. We are equipped for any type of removal, specialising in tree felling and dismantles, including both climbed and machine assisted using a digger, crane, or helicopter.

We are skilled and efficient, accurate, and endeavour to use simple techniques where possible to provide an affordable cost-efficient service. Where and when appropriate I appreciate making use of and recycling the by-product of tree work, supplying firewood or mulch to clients or local suppliers /companies. Subsequent to working in trees my staff and I enjoy recreational climbing and have done a substantial amount of training in many of our larger community trees preparing for regional, national, and international climbing competitions. I enjoy being on the tools and pride myself on workmanship and having a solutions based approach to tree care.

As a small owner/operator I have a vested interest in the work we do, but I am also passionate about trees, the local environment, and my community.  Pristine Arb is a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on being good, honest, hard working people, making the best go of what we have, and doing it ourselves.

Work History

In 2011 I completed Level 4 Advanced qualification in Arboriculture at Wintec. Based between Pirongia and Ōtorohanga, my first job as an arborist was climbing and felling for WEL Networks. I continued my experience working for local companies and expert arborist doing large tree fine pruning and maintenance. Then ventured out on my own contract climbing for two years. With established experience and a network of relationships growing, I started and registered Pristine Arb in 2017.
